Due to the nature of four-color printing, we cannot guarantee that files submitted in color formats other than CMYK will result in satisfactory color replication. Your final CMYK print will also not match your RGB Computer Monitor. We do not offer color matching; instead, we strive to produce bright, rich and true colors. We make every attempt to make a reasonable adjustment to help correct submitted files, or notify you of improper file submissions. If we cannot correct the file or reprint to "pleasing color" standards, then we will issue a refund the purchase price.

If any issues arise with the printing of your product, please contact our Customer Service department. We will correct improper cutting, color drifting, and unsatisfactory printing quality. As a customer you should correct files prior to submission without full bleed or with incorrect color selection, incorrect resolution, incorrect file dimensions, visible crop marks, incorrect card orientation, and spelling or grammar errors. You can always send your file in to our file support department if you are unable to correct these issues yourself.
