We ask that you upload and order each different design you need separately. After you have added your first file to your shopping cart, you can go back and upload your additional projects.
2 Can you fix my files for me?
Yes, if you are having problems setting up your artwork to the recommended file guidelines, you can upload your artwork to our Design Support Department. Our Team Members will review your artwork prior to order submission for proper setup. There is a $10.00 File Review Fee for that service. Simply visit our contact us page and follow the “Review My Files” Link for further instructions.
3 Do I have to create an account prior to submitting my order?
No, you can place your order without creating an account.
4 Do you offer Rush Service?
No, we do not currently offer Rush Service.
5 What is your Turnaround Time?
We post the approximate turnaround time for each product at the top of each products ordering page. We are always striving to provide you the quickest service possible.
6 Where do you ship from?
Our Production Department is located in Minneapolis, MN.
7 What is UV Coating?
UV is a thick clear coating applied after printing that adds thickness and durability to your final piece. It is only available on products that indicate that option.
8 Can I write on a UV Coating?
No, UV coatings make it difficult to write or reprint on. If you need that feature we recommend choosing the “No Coating” option when placing your order.
9 Can I change my shipping to a quicker service?
Yes, if you have an account created you can login and you can change your shipping request up to 24 hours prior to shipping. If you don’t have an account with us, simply contact our Service Department.
10 Can I use my own shipping number?
Right now we do not offer that service.
11 Will my final printed piece match my home printer or computer monitor?
No! Please don’t expect your final piece to match either your home printer or your computer monitor. We use a different printing process and color spectrum than a computer monitor and most home printers. Please review our “File Submission Guidelines” for further detail on color replication.
12 Can I see a final print proof prior to printing?
At this time we do not offer color proofs prior to printing.
13 What does “CMYK” mean?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Those are the colors used to produce full color printing. Each roller on our press has one of those colors on them, and as the paper is sent through the press, the four different colors blend to produce the final product.
14 What are Bleeds?
When your design features color or images that run to the edge of the design, bleeds are required to help properly cut the final product. A “bleed” simply means that your original design needs to include extra space (1/8th of an inch) for color or images that run to the edge of your design so that when the final piece is cut down, there is room for the cutting blade to be off by as much as 1/8th of an inch and still not effect the final product dramatically.
15 Do you also offer Mail Fulfillment Services?
At this time we do not offer mail fulfillment services.
16 Do you offer will call services?
Due to our national distribution and separate production facilities, we do not currently offer will call or pick-up services.
17 Can I cancel my order or place my order on hold?
Due to our quick printing processes, once we receive your order it is immediately placed in our production cycle. Because your job is being run with other customers’ jobs, we cannot cancel or place your order on hold. Please make sure that you thoroughly proof and review your files prior to uploading them to assure that they are correct prior to placing your order.
18 Do all orders need to be placed online?
Yes, we can only accept files that are placed through our online system. If you need your files reviewed prior to production, please visit our contact us page and click on the “Review My Files” link.
19 How do I reorder my past jobs?
If you have an account created with us, you can log in to your personal account and review or reorder past print jobs.
20 Can you quote products not listed on the website?
Because we specialize in the products we offer, right now we do not offer products or quantities that are not featured on the website. Please continue to check back as we are updating our product offerings with additional products.
